Sarsid 1

Two New Cultivars of Sarcococca humilis

Sarsid 1 ppaf, cbraf
A more vigorous, spreading groundcover than Sarcococca humilis. Overall, a fuller and denser ornamental shrub than the species growth habit. Fragrant white flowers with pointed green leaves. Disease and deer resistant; great plant for mass planting. Partial sun to shade; 18” x 36” Zone 5.

Sarsid 2 ppaf, cbraf
An upright form of Sarococca humilis with large, dark green leaves and fragrant white flowers. This cultivar will grow up to 24” with a spread of 36”, perfect for borders or as a groundcover. Disease and deer resistant. Partial sun to shade; zone 5.

Genista pilosa ‘Gold Flash’
(Gold Flash Creeping Broom)

This very low growing dwarf groundcover is tolerant to a wide range of adverse cultural conditions. In summer, a profusion of striking golden-yellow blooms completely hide the foliage, giving a carpet-like appearance. 'Gold Flash' is hardy and excellent for bank plantings and rock gardens.

Zone 3

Potentilla fruticosa 'Monsidh'
(Frosty™ Potentilla)

Frosty's bright white single rose-like flowers contrast beautifully with its fine, dark green foliage. It is a low mounding variety which reaches a  mature size of only 30cm tall by 90 cm wide. This low maintenance shrub requires very little pruning and is a unique addition to any potentilla collection!
